Shipping Charges

A shipping charge of Rs 60 is applicable on all orders below Rs 500. For all orders above it, shipping is free of cost.

The shipping charges on your shopping bag are clearly mentioned at the time of check-out. It is non-refundable at the time of return/ exchange/ cancellation of the order.

Estimated Delivery Time

As soon as your order at mksupermart.com is placed and confirmed, our team gets into action to pack and dispatch them at the earliest. We rely on the very best courier services to dispatch and ship our orders to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
The orders will reach you within 7-10 days of shipping, excluding Sundays and national holidays. However, during festivals and sales, the delivery may be delayed by a couple of days due to bulk orders.

Non-availability on Delivery

The courier services makes two delivery attempts before dispatching back the package to us. We recommend that you double check while providing us all your contact details accurately. This holds true especially for your mobile number, so that the courier company can contact you before making the delivery attempt and ensure your availability at the time.
